Amid a significant increase in the number of members leaving the traditional churches due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the membership of Shincheonji Church of Jesus has been increasing because of its Bible-centered evangelism method.

Despite COVID-19, Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Chairman Man-Hee Lee, hereinafter referred to as Shincheonji Church of Jesus), has grown in membership by nearly 20,000 this year.     This was an unprecedented online graduation ceremony. A growth of nearly 20,000 members in 2021 alone is, by the standard of any religious group, something to be marvelled at. I now understand why Shincheonji has grown by 37,000 members since the onset of the pandemic in 2020👍
